Shipping & Processing Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sinslay Hair. We are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions and an exceptional customer experience from checkout to delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Sinslay Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sinslay Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Sinslay Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
