SinSlayHair has no control over unexpected carrier delays after we hand off your package to the carrier. Packages may require a signature and/or ID to ensure delivery and Prevent Theft. 

SInSlayHair is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages. It is the customers responsibility to be home to collect their Package, We do not issue replacements or refunds for stolen/lost packages.
